Otra vez sobre las aguas

A la cazadora de luz y de murmullos
Por: Aiban Velarde

by Aiban Velarde

(On the waters again

To the huntress of light and of whispers)

Freedom, I looked for you while your body swayed in the shadows,

Now I try to touch your mysteries and they have never become waves

Place of so many dreams that my eyes will return to cherish the sea

Motionless, tremulous and naked always fidgeting in your long hair

I will kiss your feet of mud near the beach above the swirling waters

I talk to you first of many rocks which dream without memory

So many broken things I loved in silence through the rough

I talk to you and I become a whisper in the womb of time
